Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

 

Delivery Times

We work with international suppliers, so estimated delivery time is 7 to 20 business days from the time the order ships, depending on the product and destination. During high-demand periods these times may be slightly extended.

 

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product and destination. Any free shipping promotion will be clearly stated in the store.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.
